  • The Path

Welcome to The Journey! Let’s talk about our own personal Path!

The Path that we take our first step on is-our own personal Path-, it is perfect and beautiful just the way it is, designed to suit you; your needs, your growth, and to assist you personally. With that being said, your path will not look like anyones else’s path. Comparing your path and someone else’s path, is similar to comparing the amount of rice granules you received to a siblings amount, ‘But why did they get more than me?’. Focus solely on your beautiful Path.

No matter what you will go through in your life, it is a mechanism for personal growth; the bullies in High school- taught you to be your unique self and stand up for what you believe in, the rude customer who pissed you off- taught you to be kind, center your energy, and accept everyone as they are. You will be given challenges all throughout your life, it’s up to you to recognize them as such; a growing opportunity, to evolve and learn.

On your Path you will meet all walks of life, they are your teachers, some will stay in your life forever, some will teach a lesson to you and move on, and some are designed as a distraction. Everyone outside of your personal being is a teacher, wait…what do I mean by teacher? Well they come to you when you are ready to grow in an aspect your being. You may hear me speak of guides, mentors, teachers a lot, to my being; these are energetic beings that have been brought to me from the Universe to assist on my path. If you open your mind to learning new aspects of who you are, and your true potential, these teachers give you the insight, wisdom, knowledge that you need to continue forward.

A personal story that i recently had was before

  • The Purpose We Hold

We often get asked what we want to do in life, usually when are in Highschool, do we really know what we want at that time, we barely know who we are at that point. Let me ask you this, what is your purpose here on this planet? Take some time and think about that question, where does your natural talents naturally take you, where are you constantly being pulled too, does a certain topic keep getting your attention, pulls you in that direction, i could continue to ask a bunch of these questions.

Our purpose is greater than what we think it is, we have to feel into our purpose.

A hint on your journey, is whether you are not enjoying or getting stressed at what youre currently doing, but life brings stressors, so how can you differenciate. Well it’ll feel like playing, literally playing at what you do best. Also if you feel like you keep hitting a wall and not moving anywhere, thats legit the Universe saying time to try something new. Do not be afraid of trying multiple things.

  • The Point of Questioning.

The start of questioning your life is the start of changing your life, ask “why” to all that you do and you begin to challenge yourself. Why do you have the habits you do? Why do you act in certain ways around certain individuals? Why do you say what you say? Just asking why you do what you do can start a singular rippling event through your being.

To be ripped apart at your core, to have the constant urge to rediscover yourself, to lose all parts of who you think you were. To feel the messiness of the human nature, the undying feeling of loss, both inside but also in the world around you. It is in these moments where life feels the fullest, the colors are at their fullest, but they only show up in hues of grey, color fades to a singular point. That point is light, amidst the darkness there is the path, where one needs to find their own way, to the end that they are wanting. There is comfort in this feeling of being lost, it’s a familiar friend, a friend I haven’t seen in some time. There is a warm embrace between the two of us, a connection that transcends the time and space between the emptiness of the void. Though it is a friendship that I would like to end, a friendship where I can understand it is not beneficial to continue. A cycle is ending, it is time for change to occur within me. For the truth to be told and embraced. And that is where the question lies, what is the truth I’ve been searching for?

  • -Reflection-

I sit, drinking a cup of coffee, reflecting back on what this past week has taught my being. First, gratitude for the growth that has occurred since the beginning of 2021. Growth has been a huge part of this life, I look back and see who I was back in 2013 and look who ive grown into now, and realize that the willingness to grow and change who i thought I was and become more align with my true self. I look back and see how I carried the past with me for far too long, having finally released it this past week, there’s a lightness to my soul. I am content with the choices i have made in my life, content with where I am at and where we are heading.

Secondly, understanding the strength, bravery and courage for this being to hold the pain that I truly believed to define me, and knock down the walls I built as a result of the pain. The integration of this pain, revealed my mission in life, the souls purpose; to assist others in their healing, to be a source of love and kindness in this world. Now is the time for this heart to open, to knock down the walls my past self has built to protect it. I thank my past self, for wanting to protect me, I’m grateful for him, he taught me its okay to allow people into my life, not everyone is wanting to hurt you. Instead of building walls, build fencing; or boundaries, that allows people to get close but not take advantage of your kindness.

Thirdly, enjoy this life you’ve been presented with, each moment is a beautiful part of the orchestra that you dance to. You are never granted a tomorrow, make the most of this day, of the choices you make each day, do they benefit only you, or do they serve those around you and your higher purpose. It’s only then can you thrive , when the choices are aligned with your calling. Each moment becomes an experience, which has the ability to teach you about yourself and your path.

Finally, love yourself for who you are, you managed to make it this far in life, you grew because you made the choice to grow, that is self love, that is your truth being spoken to your being. Love every part of who you are, the flaws, the quirks, accept that you’re a beautiful being with a wonderful purpose on this Earth. When you begin to make conscious choices that align to your inner self, only then will you discover your true power. Stand confident that you will go to far in life, you will make an impact on those around you and the world, you will become the authentic version you always looked for, it’ll take time for it all to happen. Be patient, believe in your self & ground into your purpose, align into your center, listen to your intuition, accept and love your being, keep those walls down, and be true to yourself.

Allow love in & out, you are designed to love. <3 <3 <3

  • The Pain We All Hold

There is pain in all of us, its a given of being a human. Our duty on this Earth is to understand this unique pain we hold within us, and allow it to integrate into our being. This integration of pain, does not simply bring us to the level of the pain, but elevates us higher into our true Being. For some, the pain is our heart, maybe all we wanted was to love everyone, though along the way, we were hurt. This hurt caused our being to recoil and hide this soft and beautiful part of our divine self. We lose the trust we had in love when we were young; that all it will do is hurt, be a painful experience with each person we get close to. Maybe it’s a personal challenge to our being, to invoke the courage deep within us, to first accept who we are, then accept others as they are, then to hold the pain, and let it be what it is, a part of who we are. Rumi said, Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. The Pain is the castle wall, hidden behind other barriers like, fear, the hurt, the rejection, many walls have been built your source of pain as a protection to your being. Where is the growth if you are protected all the time, thats where accessing the internal courage and wall after wall comes crashing down until we have the courage to open our heart, stand tall, proud, and allow the love we always wanted to give others to flow out of our being. To love is to open yourself authentically, no masks no hidden agendas, just who you have always been. It is at that moment in time where we become vulnerable and accept that pain is part of this human life, you simply can’t avoid it, now embrace it and let it teach you about where you can plant your roots more firmly. Start with yourself, love the hell out of your being, all the parts, and when you feel your cup over-flowing start giving love to those who will cherish it. Love is a source of energy, and love will awaken you, open you up to an abundance of opportunities in this Journey of yours. Remember- ‘If you can’t feel it you can’t heal it’ Just trust you Self, and Love your Self.

I’ll see you next time <3

  • -7 Guides for your Journey-

Welcome to The Journey, this first post will be about what you should do (remember you have a choice to make changes in your life… are you willing to do that for yourself) to create a beautiful life that minimizes stress, grief, and suffering. How to become the creator of your life that is full of bliss, happiness, growth and abundance in all that you do and set out on.

Below is a list of 7 ideas that you can release from in order to bring a change in oneself, the reliance of this list will assist in the enhancement of your daily life.

‘Letting go/releasing’ is simply the act of not identifying with something, be it a thought, an action, a material possession, or person, anything that can cause suffering.

    1. Let your fears flow through you like water. Our fears can cripple us in our tracks, make us lose our personal power and prevent our personal growth. Fear begins when we are young, fears such as heights, airplanes, dying and even love all begin in our younger years. Fear is embedded in us, rooting itself deep within, making home as part of who we are, our identity can be created around the source of our fears. By making a list of your fears and closely examining the beginnings of each one, this powerful action can help you understand where you can take your power back. Major fears can include, fear of being rejected, fear of dying (this is a big fear for a lot, I’ll dive deeper into this in a later post.) fear of bugs, fear of the dark, fear of sickness, fear of flying, and a lot more. You may ask where do our fears begin…? Our fears begins when we are young, created in the mind to keep us safe and out of harms way, mental constructs that our mind has produced over time. Think back to primal days where survival was key, fear was key to the evolution of the mind. The Fears you have two choices; they can overrun you and prevent you from living, or you can conquer them, step by step and understand that the root of fear itself is your survival, as the goal in life is to live. You have the ability to take control of these fears and understand how to overcome their destructive tendencies. You can do it, just take it slow, one step at a time.

    2. Release the blame and guilt you have on yourself. Do you ever blame yourself when something happens; your emotional responses to certain situations, actions that led to a mistake, “It’s my fault,” eating half of the cheesecake when you know you only wanted a slice, and feeling guilty for what we enjoy (eating certain foods, not exercising when we were ‘supposed to’, and all the other silly things we feel guilty about). Now ask yourself, what have you blamed yourself for in the past week, felt guilty for, or have been just hard on ones self for? Let me guess… it didn’t feel good to look back and remember all that… let it all go… you’re human, you’re born imperfect. Mistakes are a part of your Journey, thats how we learn. As long as you learn from the experience and understand why needs to change in the next route you’re doing just fine. You’re going to be just fine, just trust yourself. The blame and guilt can bury deep within our beings, especially when we are young, we tend to carry that into our adulthood. What happens is we can have feelings of not being enough, sometimes trying to live up to an image of who we are supposed to be, or we just get stuck in overthinking mode where we don’t want to make any more mistakes and just get paralyzed by making the right choice. Stop… take a deep breathe… now breathe it out slowly. Honestly when you have all that blame and guilt stored in you it’s not easy to just stop and let go of it all, it’s been circulating within you, a part of you. You are a human being, designed as a perfect biological creature, though being human adds all the experiences we have and throws that perfect creature into a downward spiral. You have a choice to make it out of the spiral, studying and deep introspection can bring the blame and guilt to the surface, it’s uncomfortable at first, but hold it, accept it, and just let it be. The feelings can teach you an abundance of who you truly are, not who you think you are but who you truly are. Take time (who has time, 30 mins will do at first) and learn about why you feel guilty or blame yourself after certain things, all that you feel is a Teacher, telling you what to let go of, and what to heal about you being.. Finally, DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF FOR OTHERS REACTIONS, they have the same choice you have in responding in a neutral manner. Accept that things happen in life, you will not be able to control it all, only your reaction, accept and let go of the guilt you feel. Forgive yourself and forgive all others as well.

    3. Release the shame and disappointments that have occurred in your lifetime, this also includes accepting all parts of your being. The shame you hold will not take you any further in your Journey, it’s just another bag your being has to lug around each day. Life is full of disappointments; didn’t get the job you really wanted, the person of ‘your dreams’ rejected you, your best friend moved across country, and dropping your phone in the toilet. Holding onto all the disappointments that have occurred only prevents you from seeing the possibilities that lie ahead of you, think of it as having 7 gold cups filled with the drink of your choice, 4 of them spill out and you focus all your energy on the spilt drinks when you have 3 more filled waiting for your attention. Focus your attention forward and all the abundance you already have, that job you really wanted… well the week after that you found a job that has everything you wanted and some extra perks, the ‘dream person’ rejecting you… well you were sad for a few weeks after, but a stranger spilt some tea on you and now are 6 months in a happy relationship. Your friend bought you roundtrip tickets to stay a week with them. Since phones are now waterproof it’s not that big of loss more of a lesson, don’t scroll while on the toilet. You understand where i’m heading, a letdown can inevitably bring something positive from it, you just have to see it as such. Let go of all your disappointments on how things “should have been,” they occurred for a reason, once again as lessons, and guidance along your Journey. With your being, your self, I’m sure you have shame/ disappointments about yourself, from physical attributes, like your body type to facial structure, to emotional like reactions to certain situations, or being labeled too sensitive/emotional, to mental, not learning at the same speed of your peers or being one who gets distracted. Accept all parts of your being, there is nothing to be ashamed about who you are, you my friend are all you truly have in this life. Why don’t you accept yourself, love who you are, because you’re perfect as you are. You’re you, only one in existence, be you, in all your beautiful glory, a being designed the way you were was a gift to this world, embrace that thought the next time you look at yourself.

    4. Release all sadness, loss and pain that have you held onto for all these years. The grief that holds onto you is no longer suitable to carry in your life, release it and be free. Pain, suffering, loss, sadness… all are heavy emotions that just grind us to a halt, find the root of them all. Down the spiral we go again, wondering why it happened, can you change it, bring it back maybe, no… let it go, free your self. We hold onto these bags for years at a time, never really understanding why we truly do, but we feel almost obligated to lug them with us as we have identified with them, as part of who we are. News Alert!!! They are not You, they are past experiences, the Past Journey does not get to have a grip on our Present & Future Journey, before you take another step… stop and ask; why do I carrying this pain with me? Does this help me at all or does it weigh me down? Feel free to make the choice, and drop those heavy bags, feel free to record your findings, it’ll help in the long run, Trust me on that. Personally, pain has been a part of the journey I’ve been on and this process took time, years. I used the art I create as an outlet… specifically, my Senior Thesis about Dimensions; to understand the pain from my past, I wrote a lot about it, understanding it in depth. Over time I brought awareness to where the pain started until I uncovered the source and began unload small parts of the bags here and there. One day, I broke under the weight of it all, it was simply something that my future self didn’t want my past self to bring along. Down the spiral I went, over a few weeks and multiple conscious choices to let it go, I removed most of the weight from my back, I felt lighter, a fresh energy took its place. (I plan I writing about the pain I’ve experienced in a later post) There’s multiple types of loss in life, from losing family, loss of romantic relationships, loss of past selves and the loss of material possessions. Each type of loss can hold onto us, with great depths. Loss is a part of life, the leaves fall from the trees each year, but Spring brings back new leaves. Life is a cycle, and ending inevitably becomes a beginning. Take a few minutes and look back at all the losses in life, and see what preceded them after… you might be surprised by what you found. There are always beginnings, just have to be able to see them occurring.

    5. Release the lies that you believe and have been continuing to tell yourself and believe in. Speak the Truth and do it with Love. The Truth has a bitter side though, it can hurt more than the lie, hence why we tell these lies to our selves and others. Have you heard the saying, the Truth can set you free, that would be a Bible verse. We close ourselves off from hearing the truth, resulting in us staying the same. Telling one self the truth means we become honest with your self, it can be uncomfortable, but if you want to grow in life being uncomfortable will do the trick. Our eyes and minds are veiled by the protection these lies provide us. Most of the lies we believe come from what others have to say about you, they do not know you like you do, they think they do, but only you know your true source of being. They’ll break you apart, picking at this and that, tell you which way to go, what to do, what to think, and at a point you start believing them. Hold up, its your Journey, you’re the star of your show. Show them your truth, and how you stay true to you, be you and live your truth. Do you believe the lies you have told your self all these years, or do you question them? Christopher Robin said, “You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” This a truth worth believing in , you’re worth it, believe in You and your Truth.

    6. Release all illusions you have about yourself. We live in a fast paced world, recently we have had the ability to slow a bit and understand the truth to how this world functions. The most fundamental illusion we have about our selves is who ‘we’ are, what is this experience that we are currently living in. You may have noticed I don’t put ‘your’ + ‘self’ together because the self is an illusion. It’s a deep illusion that requires an open mind to understand the depth that being human can really take us down. The ‘self’ I speak of is your true authentic being, the one who has a sort of balance within… not 100% but close enough where the scale is just slightly up or down. The True Being understands your Journey and mission you are on. This version of the ‘self’ can get muddy up by constant worldly distractions; social media, power, money, pleasures, and all other things you would consider a distraction. Think of it like this, you have a carton of milk that you have to deliver to your grandmas house in 10 minutes before the summer heat spoils it. It’s a quick journey down the street, but along the way you get distracted by the bugs on the ground, all the beautiful flowers, you even start talking to a stranger…. well 2 hours go by and the milk is spoiled over, you had a mission, but the desires of life got in your way. A secret…you are not designed to be at a 9-5 job, you are not designed to be sad and full of despair, you are not designed to worry about the next new phone coming out. What you are designed for is your purpose on your Journey. Breaking free from the illusions that are right before, you will align you to first overcome all that have dealt with in life, and second become the best version you can be. There is no easy route in Life, no shortcuts, each persons path is different, don’t compare, focus on the task at hand. You may ask, how does one break the illusions… go back over the first 5 Guides and you’ll find your way. Illusions trick you, so when you have all these illusions clouding up who you are meant to be, how can you be that person, you clean the debris from your field of view.

    7. Let go of ALL your attachments; material possessions, monetary wealth, relationships, anything that can cause you suffering is something to release. ‘Letting go’ does not mean you physically give it up or that it will magically disappear, it simple means the attachment(whether it be a physical, emotional or energetic)no longer brings suffering. So why do we get attached to everything, look at what attach means; to connect with something. Almost everything in our life brings us comfort and safety in some type of form. When we lose someone we love, our being was connected to theirs in multiple aspects, we lose the feelings they brought us, the hugs they gave, and their presence. (i’ll discuss this further in a later post) Why do we get upset when someone takes something of ‘ours’, because we have attached our self ‘identity’ to what ever it may be that was taken away. Our identity is created through all types of attachments, who we surround our selves with, what we wear, what we eat, what our hobbies are, all of this collects in attachments. And yes there are healthy attachments, it’s once more about the balance, understanding that at any time this can go away, take nothing for granted. If you want to dive deep into what you’re attached to, look at the phone in your hand, many can’t go a day let a lone an hour without it in their hands… who would we be if the phone wasn’t in our life… maybe a bit more free to say the least. You see in movies where a wealthy person loses everything they worked for, well they usually end up devastated, dive deep into depression, wondering what life is really about, then they all of the sudden feel free of the burden they once carried, because they have discovered what true freedom is. Our attachments can create emotional reactions in us, which causes our being suffering. We when enter this world we have nothing besides the blanket we are wrapped up in. Over time we begin to accumulate material possessions, from clothing, electronics, books, and so much more. When we pass from this life none of the collection comes with us, so why do we attach ourselves to all these objects? It is a sense of security and safety, we as humans have basic needs; look up Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, that must be met for us to thrive; shelter, food, clothing, water is the basic form of things we need, the rest makes life better, but the more we grow and collect the more suffering we experience. Less is more in this case. Let it all go and free one self, thats if you want the freedom, if not feel free to continue to collect.

Love is a form of energy

To summarize; Face your Fears and make sure you Feel Safe, Forgive with Love, Accept all that has been Given to you, Endings are Beginnings in disguise, Find your Truth, Dissolve the Illusions of Your Self, and Detach Your Self from all things.

I hope you enjoyed reading, I look forward to meeting you along The Journey.

    Thank you
